These terms cover use of qiyuetoys.com and requests for custom manufacturing from QiYue Toys. A signed order or quotation replaces these terms where the two differ. Last updated 12 October 2026.
Catalog, not a checkout store
Product pages show sample work from our Shenzhen factory. They are not a retail shop, and they do not show a public price. A listing is not an offer to sell that exact piece from stock.
Quotes and orders
A price, MOQ, material, packing method, and lead time are confirmed only in a written quote or order. The production timeline on the Services page is a reference. The schedule for your job is the one we confirm after the sample.
Custom goods are made to your approved sample. They are not off-the-shelf returns. If something arrives damaged or not to the approved sample, tell us at [email protected] with photos. How we repair, remake, or credit that order is set in the written order, not by a general retail return window.
Your artwork
You keep the rights to artwork, characters, and files you send us. You confirm you have the right to ask us to manufacture them. We use those files to quote, sample, and produce your order. We do not claim ownership of your design.
Tooling ownership, mold fees, and who may reuse a mold are stated in the order. If the order is silent, ask us before assuming the mold can be moved or reused.
Samples and shipping
Prototype samples are usually sent by DHL with tracking. Bulk shipments are arranged as FOB Shenzhen or door-to-door, as the order states. Shipping time depends on destination and volume. See the shipping page.
Site content
Text and photos on this site belong to QiYue Toys unless a product photo is your artwork. You may not copy the site to present it as your own factory.
Liability
Information on the site is for general enquiry. It is not a warranty of a specific lead time, certificate, or price. Our responsibility for a job is limited to that written order.
Law
Unless a signed order names another law, these terms follow the laws of the People’s Republic of China. The factory is in Shenzhen.
