From the first sketch to final shipment, everything under one roof.
Step 1 : Design Submission (Concept & Artwork)
Clients provide sketches, reference images, CAD files, or concept ideas. Our team reviews proportions, structure, and feasibility for manufacturing before moving into development.
Step 2 : 3D Modeling (Digital Sculpting)
We convert the approved concept into a precise 3D model. This includes accurate body proportions, facial expression, segmentation of parts, and engineering adjustments for molding and assembly.
Step 3 : 3D Printing (Prototype Development)
The 3D model is printed as a physical prototype to evaluate shape, scale, and structural details. This allows early detection of design issues before mold production.
Step 4 : Mold Fabrication (Tooling Creation)
After prototype approval, steel or aluminum molds are produced for each part of the figure. This stage defines production accuracy, durability, and surface detail reproduction.
Step 5 : Mass Production (Injection / Casting)
Using the finalized molds, large-scale production begins with PVC, ABS, vinyl, or resin materials depending on product requirements. Components are produced in batches for efficiency.
Step 6 : Surface Finishing (Grinding & Polishing)
Each molded part is cleaned, trimmed, and polished to remove excess material, mold lines, and surface imperfections, ensuring smooth finishing before painting.
Step 7 : Painting & Color Application
Base coating and detailed hand-painting or spray painting are applied according to the approved color scheme. This includes shading, logo printing, and fine detailing.
Step 8 : Quality Control & Assembly
All parts undergo strict inspection for color accuracy, structural integrity, and defect control. Approved parts are assembled into final figures and tested for fit and durability.
Step 9 : Packaging & Shipment
Finished products are packed with protective materials, boxed according to branding requirements, and prepared for domestic or international shipping with full documentation.
