QiYue Toys replies within one working day when the message has enough to price. A note with no size and no picture is not enough. Price, quantity, material, packing, and lead time are confirmed only in the written quote.
Include these
- Product: figure, blind box, keychain, badge, coaster, shoe charm, or something else
- Material, if you know it. PVC and ABS are both run here. If you do not know, say whether the part should be soft or stiff. See PVC vs ABS.
- Size, as a height or the longest side
- Quantity, or two quantities if you want a smaller run and a retail run compared. See MOQ and lead time.
- Destination country
- Artwork, 3D files, or a reference photo
- OEM, if we manufacture your files, or ODM, if we develop from a concept
- Packing: bag, retail box, blind box, or capsule
- Shipping: a DHL sample, FOB Shenzhen, or door-to-door
- Any test the destination needs: EN71, ASTM, or CE

What comes back
The written quote is where the price, the quantity, the material, the packing, and the lead time are fixed. The two-month figurine timeline on the Services page is a reference. A quote can separate the sample fee, sample freight, mold fee, production deposit, production balance, and bulk freight. Shipping after production is described on the shipping page.
