A blind box is one figure from a designed series, packed so the buyer does not see which character is inside. QiYue Toys sculpts, molds, paints, and packs those series in Shenzhen for brands and artists.
OEM and ODM
An OEM job starts from your files. An ODM job starts from a concept and goes through 3D, tooling, and mass production. A series can mix poses. It can include a secret variant, and the inner pack can be a tray or a capsule. The quote states which of those the order includes.
Tooling
Each character that needs its own shape goes through mold making. On the reference schedule, mold making is 5–10 working days, after the prototype. A full figurine project is often about two months from modeling to packing. The confirmed date is the one on the order. Mold ownership is written into the order, so both sides know whether the tool stays with the factory or transfers to you.
Paint and the hidden pack
Color is applied at the Shenzhen factory. The outer pack is what keeps the character hidden: a box, a capsule, or the inner tray your artwork specifies. Packaging-box making on the reference schedule is 7–10 working days, and it can run while parts are in production. Packing itself is 3–10 working days after the goods pass inspection.
Samples and bulk
3D prototype samples usually go by DHL with tracking. Bulk orders ship FOB Shenzhen or door-to-door. Finished sample figures are in the blind-box figures category. Those pages show work we have molded and painted. They are not a retail shop, and they do not list a public price.
