QiYue Toys molds custom toys in Shenzhen in PVC and in ABS. Vinyl and resin are used when the job needs them. The material is named on the quote. A product photo on this site is sample work. It is not a promise that the next order uses the same resin.
PVC
PVC is the material behind most of the painted figures, blind-box miniatures, figurine keychains, badges, and coasters in the catalog. Those pieces are molded, painted at the factory, and packed for a brand, an artist, or a promotion. A soft sculpted part, a painted face, and a small giveaway are the usual PVC jobs.

ABS and other plastics
ABS is the harder plastic we use when a part should hold a rigid shape, such as a stiff accessory or a component that should not flex like a soft figure. Some shoe charms and buttons are molded as plastic pieces rather than soft PVC. The factory also runs vinyl for hollow parts, and resin for prototypes and collectible samples, when that is what the job is.
Shoe charms are listed under custom plastic shoe charms. Display figures are under custom PVC figure ornaments.
How to choose
Tell us the product, the size, and whether the part should be soft and paintable or stiff. If you already want PVC or ABS, say so. If you do not, say how the piece will be used and we will name the material on the quote. When the destination asks for EN71, ASTM, or CE, that test is set up for the order. Details are on EN71, ASTM, and CE.
